TUNNINETPromotion Engine

Promotion, with a clear process

Plan, review and measure promotion from one platform.

Bring your campaign context, content decisions and results together. Research the right opportunities, review the work, and distribute within the permissions you set.

Private workspaces. Explicit approvals. Visible costs.

Every action stays connected to its context.

Campaigns carry the context.
You keep control.

For music, application launches, education and more.
The campaign changes. The review process stays consistent.

One connected workspace

Less scattered work.
More traceable decisions.

Keep the inputs, approvals and outcomes together, so the next campaign can build on evidence from the last.

01 / CONTEXT

Campaigns that remember

Carry facts, audience, voice, destinations, assets and budgets across releases without losing the entity behind them.

02 / RESEARCH

Opportunities with evidence

Compare relevant placements and their sources. An interesting opportunity becomes a research task until permission is established.

03 / REVIEW

Content you can inspect

Preview media, compare captions and propose changes. Copy approval, source rights and publishing permission remain distinct.

04 / DISTRIBUTION

Authorized actions

Queue approved work through supported adapters, with current account permissions, budgets and duplicate protection checked again.

05 / LEARNING

Lessons grounded in results

Keep source-linked observations and reviewed lessons. Recommendations never grant themselves permission or spending authority.

06 / MEASUREMENT

Costs and outcomes in view

Separate confirmed receipts from simulations, measured estimates from reconciled charges, and known results from missing data.

The working loop

A clear path from
brief to better judgment.

Research informs proposals. Review determines what may proceed. Measured results can inform the next decision.

01 Campaign workflow
Approved campaign inputs lead to research, proposals, review, authorized publishing, measurement and reviewed learning. Missing authority sends work back to review.
Permissions and budgets are checked independently of model recommendations. Missing authority keeps work in review; uncertain publication requires reconciliation.

Review before release

Inspect the exact creative and destination. A suggested caption is not an approved post.

Measure what happened

A delivery receipt, raw click and verified conversion are different things. Missing evidence stays visible.

Learn within your limits

Reviewed evidence can inform bounded choices. Account authority and spend limits remain in force.

Built around one source of truth

A small architecture.
Clear responsibilities.

The private console is where you work. Shared orchestration coordinates jobs. One engine owns the campaign state and enforces the rules.

02 Platform architecture
The authenticated workspace console and shared n8n workflows call one promotion engine. The engine owns canonical SQL records and controlled adapters. Measured results support reviewed learning.
The engine records permissions, revisions, costs and publication receipts in canonical SQL. n8n handles scheduling and publication workflows through the engine. Optional Markdown projections and workstation acceleration extend the same controlled system.

Practical by design

Capabilities with
clear boundaries.

Automation depends on the action, connected account and current approval. Platform availability is checked inside the workspace.

Implemented

Review, planning and measurement

Campaign configuration, source-based research, media and caption review, controlled listening pages, scoped cost reports and reviewed memory.

Supported with permission

Selected publishing paths

Instagram professional-account image/Reel publishing, Facebook Page link/text posts, YouTube uploads and WordPress posts need compatible accounts, credentials and explicit enablement.

Manual or future extension

Every platform is different

TikTok, Snapchat and Facebook video/Reel publishing remain native/manual. Broader Meta Insights and other unsupported integrations are future extensions.
